About Us

Tim Edwards is making something positive out of Elle’s death. Tim has created a foundation in her name, called The Elle Edwards Foundation, which will provide help and support to other families who find themselves in the same unimaginable situation.

The Elle Edwards Foundation will help families affected by gun crime while raising awareness about anti-gun and knife crime across the world.

Tim was interviewed by Claire Hannah @ ITV News in August 2023 and he said:

“Rather than it be about prevention we’re going to focus more on support, so in effect, help for people who’ve gone through what we’ve gone through because it’s something I can relate to.

“People that end up in that position, you look for someone you can relate to and the only one who can is people who’ve been through that”.

A Message from Tim Edwards

On Christmas Eve 2022, our lives were shattered by the tragic loss of our beloved daughter due to a senseless act of violence. This harrowing event has left an indelible mark on countless lives, extending far beyond our own family.

It’s a heartbreak no parent should ever endure. Our daughter was the cornerstone of our family, and her absence is a void we confront every day.

In Elle’s honour, our family vowed to ensure her legacy endures and serves as a catalyst for positive change in the world. To fulfill this promise, we established The Elle Edwards Foundation. Our mission is to be a driving force for the necessary transformations, empowering our communities through various initiatives. We are dedicated to creating a safer, more positive environment where future generations can take pride in their community, a place enriched by the values and morals of its people.

We invite you to join us in moving forward under Elle’s name, to make a meaningful impact and to uplift those who share our vision for their communities. Together, we can forge a path toward a brighter, more hopeful future and eradicate gun and knife crime off the streets.
